A great book on weight loss

A great book on weight loss which focuses on changing your thinking as well as changing what you eat. My answers to the questions that were asked for the journal part of the program gave me a new insight as to why I, as well as many others, have a tendency to overeat. Very well researched program. A highly recommended read, as well as a highly recommended program on weight loss.
